Entity Responsible for Processing Personal Data
Huambo Expresso LDA, a company governed by Angolan law, is the entity responsible
for
processing of personal data from this application, namely Huambo
Log, under the terms and for the purposes indicated in this document.
Huambo Expresso LDA is an Angolan company, headquartered in
Luanda/Angola, Avenida 21 de Janeiro, S/N Gamek and also in the province of
Huambo/Angola, Estrada Nacional 120 S/N- Centro/Huambo, and with NIF 5000576832.
Category of data we process
Huambo Expresso collects only the data that it considers
essential for the functioning of the operations and services it provides to its
customers being the same:
- Personal data: includes customer contact details, including name, mobile phone
number,
real-time location when using the application; personal data, contacts and company
data
respective residence of the recipients, these being requested only in the module
``loads and orders´´ (mandatory data as they are considered as
essential for the proper functioning of the application);
- Other data that aims to improve the functioning of the application, but which is
not
considered by Huambo Expresso as essential for the operation of
services provided by the app such as email address and customer address (the
Filling in this data is not mandatory).
Data collection method
Processed data is collected in two ways:
_ Forms in the user/employee account integrated within the company itself
Huambo Log application;
_ Data regarding the geographic location of users/employees, with
same essential when using the application;
_ Requests for access to some device features that allow for better
operation of the services offered by the application, such as a
authorization for Huambo Log to send important notifications to the user's device
user.
Use of collected data
Huambo Expresso LDA is responsible for collecting and processing data
collected by the Huambo Log application for the purposes of providing services
provided by
itself, for possible marketing activities and other support activities
related to the services provided by Huambo.
The data collected may in some cases be accessed by subcontracted companies
when necessary, being only made available in cases where it is really
necessary as in the case of insurance companies, being the same necessary for the
user rights are safeguarded.
Personal data security
The data collected will be processed by Huambo Expresso LDA, and stored in
Amazon Web Services data centers (one of the most modern and secure services
data storage), where only personnel authorized for this purpose (and
subcontracted companies whose activities are considered essential for the operation
and provision of the services provided and for this purpose access to data is
necessary) have
access to them.
Right of access and rectification, updating, deletion and opposition
Huambo Expresso LDA guarantees the user the possibility of accessing and editing the
data
personal details within the app itself through the user profile page, and the user
can
even exercise the rights indicated above, thus being in compliance with the Law
22/11 of June 17th published in Diário da República regarding the Protection of
Personal data.
Alternatives
If you want to use the services provided by Huambo Expresso and do not agree with
the
privacy policy you can go to a Huambo Expresso SA headquarters and request the
same in person (only some services provided by the application can be
required in person, namely the order shipping service).
